1. About this app
Valley Detailing is an Android vehicle-detailing service explorer and offline request-planning app offered by Valley Detailing LLC, United States. The app displays detailing categories and informational U.S. market price ranges; those prices are not company quotes. The current version does not send requests to Valley Detailing LLC and cannot confirm a booking.
2. Information you provide
When preparing a detail request, you can enter or choose: vehicle type (required), detailing service or package (required), preferred date (required to complete a request), full name (required to complete a request), phone number (required to complete a request), email address (optional), optional service add-ons, and optional additional notes. You may save drafts containing incomplete fields. The app also stores locally generated record identifiers and creation timestamps for request history, the draft/completed status, and favourite service identifiers. Please avoid entering sensitive information in free-text notes.
3. How information is used
The app uses these selections and contact details to create and display your request plan, resume a draft, manage request history, and present your favourite services. The contact fields are not used to create a user account. No request or draft is submitted to a company booking system by this app. The app makes no payment or reservation on your behalf.
4. Storage and security
The details you enter are kept in the app's private Android SharedPreferences on your device. Android application sandbox protections restrict ordinary cross-app access to those files. Android backups are disabled for this app in the reviewed version. There is no app-operated remote database or synchronization service for request records. As with any device, security also depends on its operating system and lock settings.
5. Collection, disclosure and third parties
In the reviewed version, user-entered request details, drafts and favourites are not sent from this app to Valley Detailing LLC, advertising partners, analytics providers, or another remote service. No tracking or advertising SDK is integrated. The app does not use Firebase, authentication services, or a payment processor. Bundled service photos are available offline. The Contact Us feature can open a separate email app only when you choose it. If you write and send an email, the email content and contact information you share are then handled by the chosen email app and its provider, subject to their policies; the detailing request form itself does not send emails.
6. Permissions and device access
The Android manifest in version 1.0.2 does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or media-library permissions. The app does not ask for payment card numbers, identity documents or account passwords. Features may depend on Android system components for choosing a date and opening an external email application.
7. Retention and deletion
Saved drafts, completed request plans, and favourites remain on your device until you delete them. The app does not automatically expire them after a fixed time. You can delete a request individually in My Requests, or use Settings > Delete Saved App Data to remove all stored plans, drafts and favourites. You can also clear the application's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Unsaved text is discarded when you leave an unsaved form. We do not retain copies of in-app requests on a company server in this version.
8. Children's privacy
Valley Detailing is a general vehicle-care planning application and is not designed specifically for children. The app does not include a child-profile or a child-directed advertising system. Please contact us if you have concerns about information entered on a device used by a child.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We may revise this policy when the app changes. Any future online booking, payment, analytics, account or data-transfer features will require a corresponding update describing their actual handling before release. The updated effective date will be shown on the published policy.
